Turtle Fleece KS Warp Knit Fabric is a type of fleece fabric produced on a KS warp knitting machine using a special weave structure and napping process. Its name comes from the small hexagonal or diamond-shaped pile patterns on the fabric surface, resembling the pattern of a tortoise shell. Unlike ordinary warp-knitted fleece, turtle fleece undergoes a weave design to form a regular grid framework before napping. After napping, the pile height is "divided" into individual small pile blocks by the grid, creating a visual effect similar to the patches on a tortoise shell, hence the name. This structure retains the softness and warmth of fleece fabric while significantly improving the fabric's tensile strength and dimensional stability through the grid framework. Turtle Fleece KS Warp Knit Fabric has a rich hand feel, moderate elasticity, and the pile does not easily flatten.
