POY DTY Yarn

Our POY DTY yarn is manufactured by draw-texturing premium-grade POY (Partially Oriented Yarn), resulting in a soft, bulky, and highly elastic textured yarn. It offers excellent heat-setting properties, consistent dye uptake, and enhanced stretch recovery. Widely used in warp knitting, circular knitting, weaving, and elastic tapes, this yarn is available in semi-dull, full-dull, or bright finishes, with various twist levels and denier ranges to suit diverse textile applications.

150D 288F DTY

150D 288F DTY is a high-filament polyester textured yarn, made from high-quality POY raw materials through a textured false-twist process. Compared to conventional 150D/48F or 150D/96F, the ultra-high filament count of 288F results in finer and softer individual filaments, significantly increasing the overall surface area of the yarn. This structural feature gives the yarn an extremely fluffy, smooth hand feel, as well as excellent coverage and even luster. 150D 288F DTY is particularly suitable for producing high-density pile fabrics in warp knitting, producing a fine, smooth, and even pile surface with rich, soft colors after dyeing. This yarn is also widely used in circular knitting and ribbon weaving, making it an ideal raw material choice for products seeking an "ultra-soft touch" and "high-grade pile."

120D 192F DTY

120D 192F DTY is manufactured using a textured false-twist process with POY raw yarn. Compared to 150D 288F, this yarn has a lower total denier and finer single filaments. This allows 120D 192F DTY to maintain good bulk and softness while achieving a lighter weight and a more delicate fabric surface effect. This yarn is ideal for producing lightweight warp-knitted fleece, high-density woven silk-like fabrics, and high-elasticity knitted fabrics. Due to its lower total denier, it uses less yarn per unit area of fabric, helping to reduce the weight of the finished fabric and meeting the market trend of "lightweight, soft, and comfortable" fabrics. This yarn is also frequently used as the core yarn for covered yarns or combined with spandex to produce elastic fabrics.
